GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

General

Prices are expressed in euro (VAT inclusive). Non-italian customers must check with local customs for import duties or local taxes that remain at buyer's charge. 

Shipment & Handling

Shipment is always and only done in a trackable way. Shipment references can be communicated to the customer on demand.

Insurance is optional but recommended, otherwise goods travel at buyer's risk. Insurance costs are to be calculated case by case on the base of goods value, weight and country destination, and can be asked to the seller.The seller disclaims every responsibility for lost or undelivered items.

Return Policy

What is offered on this site is granted as genuine and without hidden defects. In some cases photos can be generic and not specific of the sold items, so customers are offered an unconditioned 7 days return privilege from the receivement, but requiring communication in advance. Customers have indeed the possibility of asking supplementary info or photos respect of what is reported for the item description prior to placing their orders. Items can be returned only in the same condition in which are received with special reference to coins packaging and folders. Shipping cost are not refundable in any case.

Each dispute will be regulated by Italian law and for any dispute will be competent the Foro of Parma.
